I'm in agreement guys. McCarthy has to go. This team is underprepared and undiciplined EVERY week.

No more excuses, it's time we got a new HC. Never in a million years would i have said a winnless, sorry-excuse-for-a-team, Bucs could beat us.

Nope, hope for this year is gone. Same mistakes over and over, Rodgers doesn't look to be improving, which he should be. What I really don't see on the field is the fire to win and the confidence that should precede that. Which comes back to - coaching. I know that pros shouldn't need an incentive to do their jobs well, but of course, good morale is important in any job, and I just don't see that. It's not just what plays are being called, but rather is about attitude and performance.

I know i'm not really objective but just look at the facts. After last season, we had a glaring weakness at o-line. Everyone knew this team was going nowhere till that was fixed. The problem was not addressed in a suitable way.

Some might say, well, we need to let our guys develop or see what they had. No. Our guys don't have the physical talent to overcome their inexperience. Anyone who didn't foresee this wasn't paying attention. Many here have seen it coming for more than 2 or 3 years. How can Ted Thompson justify wasting an entire year by not addressing the o-line? Either he's stubborn and he should be fired or he's incompetent by not realizing the extent of the problem and should be fired.

It was obvious to me over the past several weeks that MM is pretty much done in GB. Before we send him packing, we obviously want someone better to replace him. The question is who should that be.

I don't think Cowher will come to GB. It would be interesting to see Gruden here.

I don't care WHO we get. ANYONE right now. At least we might have other mistakes to get mad about.......I'm tired of the same mistakes week after week.

Been a McCarthy supporter from the beginning. He lost me today. I can't put up with mediocrity. It seems as if he can.

Same here. You can't lose to an 0-7 team with a rookie QB starting his first game. Ever. McCarthy has lost my support and even if we get hot and starting winning he'll still be in my doghouse. You can't keep going out there and doing the same thing without changing and expect to win ball games. I mean our three top defensive players aren't even playing to their natural strengths with all the zone coverage.

My opinion of Gruden nosedived after listening to him brown nose Brett for 3 hours during the MNF game.

Cowher would seem like a nice fit, but as you say, don't know that he would come in.

If we're going for big available names to stew over: Herm Edwards, Holmgren, Shannahan. Not saying I want any of them, but 3 options

Shanahan or Gruden; at least they won't tolerate the hideous mistakes made over and over again.
