Ya, the Vikings were good enough against Baltimore to stand there and watch the winning fg go wide after the Ravens scored 28 second half points.
I am not exactly sure that qualifies under the old "good teams find a way to win" column. More like "we're lucky as crap to get out of that with a win" maybe.

Did you see the whole game, or did you only watch the missed FG? Like I told a fellow Viking fan, stop looking at 2 plays to judge the 'luckiness' of the Vikings 2 wins and instead look at 8 quarters (I'm talking about the W's against the Ravens and the 49ers). The Vikings were obviously good enough to beat the Ravens, judging by how badly the beat the piss out of them in the first 2 1/2 quarters. They also let up in the 4th, while the Ravens turn it on. And guess what? The Ravens lost. -=shock, awe=-
Piss poor defense will lose football games and yes, your right, most of the time the Vikings, the Packers, or anybody else will not win those games.

Except there was only 2 quarters of piss poor defense on the Vikings behalf.
Your right they are 6-1. All I'm saying is I wouldn't put no "world beater" emblem on their helmets based on the way they got there.

No one here has put any sort of world beater sticker on their helmets. And I'll be the last one to do as such. The fact still remains that they are 6-1. No what-ifs or anything of the sort.
