This may have to do with the fact that I'm the kind of sick :xcensoredx: that will go to Halloween dressed as Billy Mays, but I thought the idea was pretty funny. It's a far more benign way of venting frustrations over the whole Favre situation than burning jerseys or some of the other ideas people have come up with.
As for the mentioning the Deanna Favre charity, if you plan to donate to that charity I don't see what's wrong with naming the charity. Do you need permission before hand to donate? Presumably, they aren't using this whole event to make a profit (if they were then that would be a whole new issue, moral and legal) so they stand to gain nothing financially. From Deanna's perspective, it's also hard to imagine there being damages for her to sue for given that she would be directly benefiting from the event giving her charity donations. I could be wrong as I am by no means a law expert, but that's my take on it.
