i think Rodgers is the best for getting the job done with so much chaff around him. To still get up and make some throws after being hit so many times. (and not get injured: FINGERS CROSSED) has just shown to me he has the fire.

Farve has the best team in the league. I think thats a given. But he said it himself he might not make it throughout the year. But the way they are playing he might just sit out the end 1/4 of the season if pack and da bears dont keep up.

But its an interesting discussion. Especially the Orton/Cutler scenario aswell, makes me think....is he that bad? I think both teams are doing well....even if i cant believe that Denver are 5-0.

I look forward to seeing how atleast the next couple games pan out. See if the vikings start slowing down Farves tosses, Rodgers stays injury free and if Cutler has to resind more or less to Forte. Im watching with open eyes

I'll take the Packers weapons on offense over any team in the nfc north and probably above all but maybe a few teams in the entire league, maybe. Jennings, Driver, Jones, Nelson, Finley, Lee. Come on now, plus he's been with them for many years now whereas this is Favres 1st go around with these guys in Minny. Favre is playing the best winning football now(give a team best chance to win), Cutler, at this point in his career is the most talented of the three and while Rodgers arm isnt as strong as Cutlers, I think he's better now and will be better in the future than Cutler. I see Cutler as having peaked while i see Rodgers getting more efficient and dominating the league for 5 or 6 years like Peyton Manning but on a slightly lower level.

But sorry, all things being equal, O-lines, chemistry, supporting cast, it's still the old man, hands down for me if it's one game i need to win.

A conversation like this should be held at the end of the year. Oh yeah Zero - weakest schedule so far - Vikings.

Wow. That's honestly a shocker to me.

In Cutlers defense, Orton has played one more game.

The part I like is that Orton got better after he left the Bears. Even better so did Benson.

For one game, Favre is the guy I want. For a season, I'd probably go with Rodgers. Longterm... Cutler has a lot of talent. He just needs to be controlled much like a young Favre needed. If you can get him on a leash and get him to play smart football, he could be a really good player.

Some of those throws against Atlanta were not wise throws. Sometime he gets away with it and makes a great throw, but other times, defenders have a clear INT.

In regard to Favre.... He's got to do it for an entire season. Can his body hold up? It's early now and at this time last year, the Jets were in the playoff picture and Favre, I think may of been the league leader in TDs or up there. Zombieslayer was starting a fourth MVP campaign for him and all of that. The differences between this year and last year isn't that huge. Even in years with GB, Favre was solid and then would play poor down the stretch.

i think aaron rogers its the best qb in the division because put favre or cutler behind our lousy o-line an they would'nt survive put rogers behind the minnesota o-line an he would be the mvp of the nfl right now

It's really hard to argue that... Especially the part about A-Rod playing for us. That would be something nice to see. 😛

You're right. It would be. When he's 40 and has an arthritic elbow and requires a walker to ambulate. 😉

Vikings QB is not the best QB in the division. That's absurd to even consider that. Cutler is doing more with the talent around him that Vikings QB is.

Funny thread. What's next, Troy Aikman was the best QB ever? Where's my Kit Kat?
