lol, dhazer, I wasn't proposing trading Aaron Kampman for an OLB -- that would be an illogical trade. Hence the reason why I said "a trade." I just can't come up with anyone (besides Woodson, and he's probably too old) another team would want in trade. I think it's far more important that we seal up the offensive line right now anyway, and I think that's what the original Kampman trade talks were proposing. I think we can resolve a good chunk of the problems we have on defense with personnel we currently have on the roster, if only Capers would do more of the tailoring he promised -- and bring back the aggressive posture that was so fun to watch. Capers needs to be careful that he doesn't lose the confidence of his players if this team starts losing regularly. I'd rather have them risk giving up a few big plays while attacking with fire and passion than playing tentatively, afraid of giving up big plays, and losing anyway.

I am starting to think MM is the one with the big ego more than TT. Kinda looks like MM is running the team and Ted Thompson just signs the paychecks.

Well, Cutler got traded for two first rounders and a third rounder.

Roy Williams got traded for a first, third and sixth round pick. And he was going through the same slump that Jennings appears to be going through now.

We'd have to find some very desperate/overpaying teams (Like the 'Boys and Bears where/did), but this could net us some picks.

Not saying that I want them traded. You never trade away a franchise QB, or there have to be some special conditions, but that could fix our O-line potentially. Maybe. Lol.

With the fearsome O-line we could amass, who knows? We might be able to make Matt Flynn look like a superstar!
