The problem with the Oline is they were drafting for ZBS, which MM wants to run. ZBS lineman are not great pass blockers. But the end is that Ted wanted MM so he is ultimately responsible.

Ted has tried to get the players that MM needs to run, they just haven't worked out. Get a different coach that would shitcan the ZBS and get back to some power blocking and I think Ted could get the right players.

And I never want to see a combined GM/HC in Green Bay again.

If MM would switch out of the ZBS, I think he could be a real good coach. If he refuses to switch Ted should fire him. If he doesn't then they should both be gone.

In the end, if the ZBS is still around, somebody need to go.

Sorry, this analysis is overtly simplistic and leaves a pukey taste in my mouth. The Packers are already moving away from the ZBS. Why it stands as the ultimate trump card in your mind, I don't know. Everyone is pissed that we're 2-2 and the o-line play has been terrible. But rather than say, "this person should be fired if ..."

The offensive line play is a tremendous issue for us right now. It's an issue so enormous, it requires we give it a serious look. I understand that we all have lives and other things to do, but concision isn't our friend if we're trying to really get to the core of the issue. It's a bit absurd, then, to make a blanket statement that the purveyors of the ZBS should be fired -- as that assumes that our o-line woes necessarily flow from the ZBS alone (when in reality, there are all SORTS of issues that contribute to offensive line play of this caliber).

A big problem needs more than a simple diagnosis.

The fact that A-Rodg is the most sacked QB in the league is pretty freakin disheartening, and he gets pummeled nearly every play, I would be surprised if he lasts the whole season aat this rate.........man yesterday was just bad
