Maybe a little.... but not much... Collin is giving credit to the Vikings. Just not Brett... based on some of the thing Brett said in the past it sounded like he might of been at max fuel long time ago for this game.

Plus they more fuel there is Brett seems to try to hard and throw picks lately. So I don't mind adding more fuel or pressure to Favre...

I think Barnett commit of I want to hit Brett or something like that back when Barnett was on twitter was much worse. They could fire up the OL...

I don't see Collins commits as a big deal.

I really hope Barnett puts his money where his (big) mouth is. I mean, I like the guy, but he needs to be more productive on the field before I can take him seriously.

When Barnett celebrates, he's not doing it as a form of taunting. He's trying to revv up his own squad.

If everybody played with Barnett's passion, we'd be a good defense.

Good to see some Barnett love. There was another thread on there that was dissing the guy. I personally feel he's one of my favorite players, and was my fave player on D in '03 (his rookie year).

Maybe he is tired of been ask the same questions about Brett over and over again. But he is telling the truth, Brett is not the key guy, the only thing he has to do is give the ball to his playmakers (Harvin, Peterson). I don't by saying this comments he add any fuel to the fire.

This is EXACTLY how I feel. Last season I didnt have a problem with barnett; I mean I didnt care if he used twitter or whatever (ie he had the most tackles until his injury). But now ... I just see talk and not production.

heck hawk is doing much better then him so far this year and I was bashing hawk before.

He's coming off a horrible injury and is getting limited playing time. Of course he won't rack up amazing stats. I think that he has shown what he can do often enough. Just look at his stats and tape from before the injury. He could'v easily been a pro-bowler/all-pro multiple times.

That said, I don't think that this adds fuel to the fire. How much fuel can you really add to this? I think that Favre with the Vikings is enough to make all other things sound insignificant.

Next to that, he states what everyone knows and has been saying all along. Brett's not carrying that team. He still has a lousy pass-blocking O-line and mediocre receivers. That team is about Peterson and Taylor. Just look at last weeks game. Favre was great on that last drive, but just ok before that. No harm done here, if you as me.

I really don't think its fuel, like others said hell all the media says that its all about AP. But the Barnett comments about hitting Lord Favre bother me and for the reverse reason, you don't think the likes of Allen and Edwards aren't going to want to hot Rodgers harder and try and knock him out of the game.


Its going to be an interesting game.
