Seriously, though. Try to screw around a little with maximum protections. 4 WRs, 6 O-linemen and a QB for instance. We have 3 fullbacks on the roster, use them. It's not ideal, but we will have to do something in that Minnesota game so Rodgers won't get killed.

Makes you wonder, though, if we would sign Runyan, what would that mean for Clifton? Would we put Runyan at RT eventually, as Barbre hasn't done that well? Or would that signing effectively end his GB career?

I looked to me like Barbre was a lot better in the second game. If it's not one thing it's another though.

Let's not forget Colledge practiced exclusively at LG the whole season and was immediately thrust into LT last game. Hopefully with a week of reps at LT he'll be more comfortable at the position.

Allen is going to destroy Rodgers.

He's probably going to sit out of the 49ers game just to make sure he's healthy to kill Rodgers in week 4.
