I was so impressed with the linebackers yesturday. The part I liked most was the substitutions that were being made. Although hawk seemed to be in for a long time I liked seeing us utilize our depth at the position it was like the 13-3 season when we had a deep dline and were constantly switching them up to keep them fresh.

before you get ahead of yourself, i like what chillar did last nite, but lets face it barnett is our best linebacker and has been the last couple of years , hopefully all our linebackers play well because our depth is gonna prove to be our biggest plus this year !!

Brandon Chiller just put Barnett on the bench. I don't even want to see samurai boy out there. And Hawk played very well.

On the outside, I think Poppinga just lost his starting job because I saw some really good play out of Matthews tonight.

The whole front seven did a good job because Forte usually has many more 5+ yard gains. Thank you Dom for bringing a defense back to Green Bay.

You have gotten me a couple of times with these old posts. I read: "Brandon Chiller just put Barnett on the bench." and all I could think was "WHAT???? I knew I had misread something so I read it again. Twice. Then I decided to look at the post date. Duh.
