Well, sure making a comeback TD on the 4th quarter against the bears is much better than the lions. I would also like to see a game win, by a regular performance of the team on every quarter (If we improve the OL on the next weeks, we are going to be fine) , but is good to see Rodgers can handle this situations.

nonstop is being a bit of a buzzkillington, but he's got a point, we should be more annoyed that driver, nelson, and barbre made some poor plays in the first half than we should be elated for Rodgers leading an exciting concluding drive.

To echo other comments, it is a relief to see a defense that can pressure a QB, come up with KEY stops, tackle well, and stuff the run!

Rodgers wasnt the story, he did this kind of thing last year.

What was new this time was the D didn't give up a 4th quarter score after the Jennings touchdown.

That's what screwed us in 08.

My response would be "Who cares?" Rodgers shouldn't have had to do that. His 4th-quarter comeback brings me no joy, since the score should have been a rout had a few plays been made earlier in the game.

Most overrated statistic in the book, in my opinion.

No joy. That's a bit extreme.

I agree with Nonstop. As cold as that sounds.

We picked them off FOUR times. That game shouldn't have been so close.

I would assume he's happy since he's a Packer fan.

To be fair this was a concern for Rodgers and he finally delivered, but so did the defense. Holding Chicago to three instead of seven is big.

Anyways, now that Rodgers has one, I think he'll be much more confident in the two minute offense. That throw was right on the money when it needed to be and this is a guy who missed two chances on deep routes early in the game to make this a potential blowout. He had every reason not to lead the Packers to victory, but he prevailed.

We had to put up with so much stupid shit about it that in that sense it was gratifying.

Thats exactly how I felt.

From barbre poor blocking, to our poor running game, to miss firing passes and catches, combine that with refs whom got paid off by the bears, and missing so many 3rd down conversions, then to see our secondary get beat a few times in the long plays.

For most of that game I felt my best friend was getting the snot beat out of him and then at the last moment he pulls a bruce lee move that knocks his opponent out.

I see the title of this thread and I think of the game clue...

Rodgers did it, with the dagger, in the game room. 😉

There were also some key drops. If I'm not mistaken, Driver dropped 2 big ones and Jordy dropped one.

I loved seeing Rodgers run with both hands in the air...reminded me of our last QB.
