I say no, keeping wells on the team provides a situation where if one starter goes out on the oline, wells can pop in at center, spitz can move over(or be replaced by wells if it is spitz that is hurt). Pretty much an injury to a player on the oline can be covered up by wells popping in and re-shuffling the line, keeping starting-caliber players in there.
Colledge popping to RT/LT, spits moving to guard, etc. Its a situation where they have 6 starts on the oline, and its a great situation to have, as i dont remember the last season where the same 5 guys played the 16 games together.
