Maybe it is just me, but has anybody else noticed that the RBs are already at full speed before they get the ball this year? I like it, I think it turns no gains into 1-2 yarders or even more. Also, it seems that we are pitching it out wide and back quite often. These always make me nervous because of the possibility of fumbles. I just hope this years RB crew gets it done.

Well it is preseason..They should have a little burst behind them..They're fresh. Now when we get to week 6..7..8..That's when it'll be good to see if they have that same "burst" or not. I don't see too much of a difference really..I think Grant, and Brandon, have always tried to hit the hole with as much burst as they can muster. Again..Wait till a little later in the season before making any real judgment on a difference.

Thats where it's so good to have so many backs right now. If you have 3 good backs, you can keep them fresh.

We may have four good backs.

Thing is we seem to give Grant the vast majority of the carries. I just hope BJax gets some action, when he's been given the ball he seems to do well and fights for the extra yardage.

We may have Wynn as the bruiser and Sutton as the change of pace guy.

Wynn showed some nifty moves early in the game to, pretty light on his feet.

Wynn seems to be the best at blitz pickup although Sutton apparently did ok with that last week in practice.

I think the Packers are VERY interested in seeing more playing time for Wynn, Sutton, and Lumpkin.

I'm sitting here in the fourth quarter watching the Packers run Lumpkin three times in a row -- including a 4th and 1 which he converted.

Bad run on 3rd and 1 at the goal line from Sutton. QJ drives his man back into the end zone and instead of following him in Sutton breaks left and gets tackled backwards.

Can't be missing touchdowns like that.
