Have you seen the video of him being a complete ass during practice? I mean... I'm intrigued at the prospect of having far and away the most dominant WR group in the NFL, but who knows what effect his behavior could have on such a well knit team.

no thanks.

Agreed. I think the Packers can put some packages together that would get him but none that are good for the Packers in the long run. I rather just save the money and resgin guy already on the teams that deserve it....

And the Packers have a ton of FA this off-season so how about resigning some of our own that deserve it..... like Collins, Colledge, Spitz and many more....

Well Marshall just got suspended by his head coach for his actions yesterday.

Adam Schefter, of ESPN, reports the Denver Broncos have suspended wide receiver Brandon Marshall for the rest of the preseason for conduct detrimental to the team. If Marshall behaves himself during the remainder of the preseason, the Broncos can bring him back for Week 1.

The suspension follows Marshalls behavior during practice Wednesday, Aug. 26. He was acting unprofessional during the session, punting a ball away after a drill instead of giving it to a ball boy and nonchalantly working through a high-step running drill between cushioned obstacles among other things. Marshall made an apology on ESPN Thursday, Aug. 27, saying he made an error in judgment and implied some of the footage was taken out of context. The Broncos informed Marshall and the team of the suspension Friday, Aug. 28.

he will be traded and the sad thing is he might end up in Chicago 😞
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

First you have to ask yourself does Marshall make us that much better? Debatable. I think we are short on enough passes for the receivers we have.

Second.. For the debate above.. is he worth the giant pain in the ass that seems to come along with his melon head?

I would rather drive a nail into my left leg..

I will cross my fingers until week 6 (NFL trade deadline) for that not to happen (Marshall to Chicago)

Merged. We don't need a separate Packers-oriented thread for every player that becomes or could become available. Creating dozens of threads won't gain you "cred" on the boards -- solid analysis, maybe a little humor, and overall meshing with the vibe of our community will.

Tsk-tsk, Dave . . . do I have to put a wink behind EVERY joke I happen to type? :P

In all seriousness, I only meant to moderatorially italicise the first two sentences. It was supposed to look like this:
