And running fine, thank you. As I mentioned last week we had some spy running amuck in the thing. Many of you responded with helpful tips (I think) but not much worked as we lost Task Manager, restore, my beer pictures and my Squirrel HotLine.

I called this former student who worked in a computer ER only to find out he now worked at The Geek Squad. Wow does that fit him I thought. Think Napolean Dynamite and you've got Mark to a tee. I took it to him and sure enough, there's Mark, white shirt, pocket protector, big black glasses and kinky reddish hair. Jeez, I'm in the middle of a movie re-make of Napolean Dynamite. Maybe there using Missoula now instead of Preston, Idaho to film it.

Anyway to make a short story long, they called the next day, Friday, and said it was ready. He actually left a message as we were bored without the computer so we took a drive up to St. Regis MT, about 70 miles away to go to a large gift store and bum around. My wife says, "why don't we go on over to Cour d'Alene and walk along the lake and then go to the Hot Rod Cafe for dinner?" So we drive another 90 miles west and have a good time. I't's raining most of the time and on the way back we cross Lookout Pass and hit snow. Jeez, August 14th and snow.

Got the computer back yesterday and Mark tells me, "Boy Mr. F., that thing was sure messed up. Little bits and pieces worming their way through everything including your Anti-virus protection. The strangest thing was when we looked at the Mother Board, there was all this yellow/orangish stuff seeping all over it. Smelled like cheese. How'd that get it there?"

I might be wrong, but I think one of our Forum members has figured out a way to infiltrate other computers and put slices of Cheese in there and mess them up. Now who could that be?

I cheat. Once I turn mine on, I don't turn it off. Saves the effort of the wine and dimming the lights. Always ready to go!

Glad you have your computer back Bob. Not having one seems to be costing you big bucks.

Tell me about it, wpr! Tank and a half of gas, $40 at the gift place on the way, $30 bucks at the Hot Rod Cafe in Post Falls Idaho, another $20 on the way back for a shirt I saw at the gift shop on the way over. Yep costly being bored.

Good shirt though............Picture of a bar and 5 bears sitting on stools having beers. One bear has fallen backwards off his stool, but still manages to keep his schooner of beer upright.

Mucky Tundra (23h) : @E_Woodyard #Lions HC Dan Campbell says they're gonna put Frank Ragnow down this week. "We've got to be smart," Campbell said.

Mucky Tundra (23-Sep) : Martha, they did play much better with Dalton yesterday
Zero2Cool (23-Sep) : Test results on Sam Darnold’s knee showed a knee bruise and no structural damage. He is not expected to miss any time.
Martha Careful (23-Sep) : Not with Dalton apparently
Mucky Tundra (23-Sep) : Not sure what to make of the NFC South so far this season (outside of the Panthers being a dumpster fire)

Mucky Tundra (16-Sep) : bears still have slim chance here
Mucky Tundra (16-Sep) : and there's another one!
