Probably true if Rodgers is hurt, the Packers are mediocre at best without him. I think with Tolzien, though, we could beat some weaker teams and give a little bit of a battle to some decent ones. With Flynn, there is basically no chance.

The time I would most like to see Harris used is when our O Line is at its worst - overmatched against a good D. Unlike Starks and even Lacy who sometimes remind me of an old electric football game like in that Jimmy Johnson commercial - just bumping into the backsides of the linemen and going nowhere, Harris can create/squirt through smaller holes/do that Melvin Gordon jump step thing, sideways without losing speed.

I guess I'd like to see more of him to share your optimism.
I was at Lambeau 2 years ago when Harris put on a show against the Lions.
Just have not seen enough of him since.
There must be a reason for that.

While it is true that Flynn has not shown much, in very limited action; Tolzien has shown absolutely nada. Zip. Zero. It's like a blind date. We have no idea, what so ever, if he can hit the broad side of a barn with a football from 10 feet away right now. MM, et al are not stupid. Unless Flynn has some naughty pictures of MM, he is the QB that educated minds feel gives them the best opportunity to win games.

With regard to RB, who are the Eagles more worried about? Lacy or Harris? Assuming it's Lacy (I do), then every play Harris is in the game is working to the Eagles advantage. Why do something that helps your opponent? Lacy has become a great pass blocker and is looking really good as a receiver. He is the best runner the Packers have. So trying to get a backup in the game more does not make sense. Would you take Rodgers out for a series because Tolzien has a couple plays that he runs really well?

As for Tolzien, zero zilch nada - unless you count the preseason - which arguably, you should. The tiny opportunity he had last season was after what? One week of practice? And even a blind date could hardly be worse than Flynn hahahaha. And who's even remotely talking about taking Aaron Rodgers out for anything short of decapitation.
