Time management.

Clock management if you will...

Aaron is not a selfish player. I can see that in his eyes and in the passion he has to win.

6-10 record last year..... 4,038 yds as a fist time starter. But the key number in this is....... Wins 6 Losses 10

My goal/wish for him is 3,600 yards. That would mean, the running game is on.

I also hope 275 yards of those 3,600 is on THREE Last minute 4th Quarter Drives... for a win. That should "Shut some people up."

Green Bay does not need no stinking Dan Marino... This team needs three more Super Bowls.

I would be more that happy if he threw for 3200-3500 yards, 30 tds, with a dominant running game.

I don't think we have/will have a dominant run game, but we do have a dominant pass game. Plus its not like Grant didn't get his carries last year, he got 312. If he had the same avg as 2 years ago with last years carries I would say we would have had a dominant run game (would have been close to 1600 yards for Grant). I don't think a possibly improved run game involves decreasing A-Rod's attempts but rather improving the oline and a better job done by Grant

if he throws over 4,000 yards in his first starting season with a bad D that cant get em on the field, now theyve updated and will get him on the field and about 30-100 more yards a game so im saying he will unless the injury fairy pays a visit to him and then another season is down the drain :/

Or so says Trent Green.

1) I think with teams going pass happy, there will be at least 10 quarterbacks to throw for over 4,000 yards this season. Seem like a lot? I see six locks and seven more with potential. Let's break it down:

Guaranteed to do it -- Drew Brees, Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Kurt Warner, Philip Rivers and Aaron Rodgers.

Potential to do it -- Jay Cutler, Matt Cassel, Carson Palmer, Matt Schaub, Donovan McNabb, Tony Romo and Matt Hasselbeck.

I'm not so sure i would agree that he is a lock to do it again, but certainly has the potential and deserves to be mentioned with those guys.

To be honest, 4000 yards is a "nice" stat. What is more important though is breaking the 30 TD barrier. I'd much rather he threw 3500 yards and 35 TDs than 4000 yards and missing the 30 TD barrier. TDs win games. Yards are just "stats."

dfosterf (25-Jul) : It's my one day deal complaint dept. on shareholder meeting day
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Probably a homer access credential intimidation kinda thing
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Meathead "journalists" skip this, concentrating on operational revenue when convenient. They switch when net revenue is more favorable.
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Resulting in an actual drop of net revenue of 12.5%. She is from Minnesota. Just sayin'
