On November 5, 1989, the Packers beat the Bears 14-13, but not without controversy. Don Majkowski led the Packers to a comeback and a game-winning touchdown pass to Sterling Sharpe with only seconds left to play. Initially the play was called a touchdown, but line judge Jim Quirk had called a penalty on Majkowski for being beyond the line of scrimmage when he threw the pass. With a nervous and tense crowd at Lambeau Field, the call went up to the instant replay official, Bill Parkinson. Several minutes later the call came down and the touchdown was awarded as recorded by instant replay. The Lambeau faithful and Packer players erupted with joy because it marked the first time since 1984 that the Packers had beaten their long-time rivals. The Packers would later beat the Bears again in the season.[5]

On TV, it would be the run by Favre against the Bears in Chicago on the windiest night in Chicago. It was I thin 1994, on halloween night.
I think Favre ran about 40 yards, and dove into the endzone. It looked like he was running in "slow motion".

That Bear stomp that night was one of my favorite packer games all time but my favorite TD was the dive, Favre vs the Falcons. Close second was the Wesley Walls(i believe) dive in the corner of the endzone the day after Favre's dad passed.

The touchdown pass to Rison is special just because of seeing Brett explain the touchdown later on. I forget if it was an NFL Film or whatnot, but Brett said he was watching old Super Bowls before the game. Joe Montana had called the same audible for the same play (but flipped) in an earlier Super Bowl, and Favre went with his gut after he saw the Patriots in a defense that could be exploited the same way.

Best touchdown I saw in person: Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila grabbed a tipped pass and ran 72 yards for a touchdown against the Bears. Only touchdown he ever scored.

I'd also go with the Freeman TD.. close behind would be the Sharpe TD against Detroit in the playoffs.

One that I haven't seen anyone mention that is very memorable for me is another Freeman catch. This one was right before halftime at Chicago in '96. It was a deep ball and the corner or safety had position on Freeman, dove for the ball, and Freeman just dove over the top of him. I haven't found a video of it by itself but I remember it being in the 989 NFL Gameday 98 intro. Starts at 0:40.

The touchdown to Freeman right before the half was a different one. It was a hail mary that he caught between three defenders. Here it is:
