I recall Grant getting tackled, but landing on someone's body and eventually running in for a TD. I know we had one of these in the last Lions game, but the referees blew it dead before he got up.

Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me, though.

On TV, it would be the run by Favre against the Bears in Chicago on the windiest night in Chicago. It was I thin 1994, on halloween night.
I think Favre ran about 40 yards, and dove into the endzone. It looked like he was running in "slow motion".

In person, it would be the 2005 whipping of the NO Saints. Nick Barnett returned an INT about 85 yards for a TD.

I'd have to go with the first touchdown thrown Favre to Rison in the superbowl. It's hard to forget that one everytime you see the clip of Favre running off the field with his helmet raised.

You want to finish your career here?
Favre: "Definitely. If in two years, say, they want to trade me, I'd probably walk away. Retire."

Jennings against Denver. First play of overtime. Ballgame.

I'm going a different way with this. I was at the game on the 20 yard line when all was lost and the best TD i ever witnessed never happened lol. My favorite touchdown was the no touchdown dropped pass by Yancy Thygpen of the Steelers that put us in the playoffs. The crowd just went wild after that.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

One that I haven't seen anyone mention that is very memorable for me is another Freeman catch. This one was right before halftime at Chicago in '96. It was a deep ball and the corner or safety had position on Freeman, dove for the ball, and Freeman just dove over the top of him. I haven't found a video of it by itself but I remember it being in the 989 NFL Gameday 98 intro. Starts at 0:40.

Anyway, the Rison TD, the Howard return, and Favre's diving run in Super Bowl XXXI all come to mind for me probably because of their significance.
