I started the thread for two parts.. one Rockmolder mentioned TJ Rubley.. and two I visited a favorite page of mine this morning..

You could see the looks on the Packer player's faces that something horrible had happened.
I have many photos of the Packers from that day, and no one was smiling.
You hate to hear of something like that. It puts things into perspective.

Such a horrible event, something always has to happen for things to change. That's the only good that has come from his death. Things that should've been basic already, finally getting introduced to these training camps.

Stringer's death brought about major changes regarding heat stroke prevention throughout the NFL. His death also addressed complications of pressuring players to "bulk up" to well over 300 lbs.
