Former Packers center Frank Winters has joined the Indianapolis Colts coaching staff as an intern for head coach Jim Caldwell.
Winters and Ron Johnson were hired as coaching interns in the wake of the retirements of offensive coordinator Tom Moore and offensive line coach Howard Mudd.
According to the Indianapolis Star, Johnson will work with the wide receivers and Winters will work with the offensive linemen.
Winters, 45, will work under Pete Metzelaars. Winters played in the NFL for 16 seasons, the last 11 with the Packers (1992-2002).
