I don't know why they need three people but hey why not. Gruden is cool to listen to press conferences... hopefully it will be similar in this medium.

They need to have Wayne and Larry do MNF. Yeah, I'm biased. Sue me. They kick ass.

I actually enjoyed Kornhole's commentary. Here's to hoping Gruden was as entertaining as Kornhole.

Yes. I'm serious. Kornheiser was entertaining for me. 😃

I've listened to Wayne Larrivee do MNF for Westwood One. He's superb.

Of course, listening to Wayne call a football game makes it clear he's not really a Packers fan per se. He gets equally excited no matter who scores the touchdown.

thank goodness! couldn't STAND him at ALL!! now if ESPN would lose the MNF contract altogether, it'd be a GREAT day! 😃

I didn't mind Kornheiser......I didn't see anything wrong with him.

still have to put with Cris Collinsworth on Sundays though

He's one of my favorite announcers along with Al Michaels haha.

And while we're on topic, I like listening to Daryl Johnston and that one dude he announces with (can't think of his name, but I think it's Kenny Albert)

I also like Joe Buck and Troy Aikman.

Kornheiser was a Favre fellator, of course, but that wasn't the worst of it. His constant -- and irrelevant -- sarcastic shtick wore thin so quickly. When I'm watching a game, the last thing I want to be is distracted by some skinny, wisecracking dork who thinks he's a comedian. His hard-driving, fast-talking, insecure-sounding accent drove me up the wall. It got to the point where I wanted to cheer every time Jaworski told him to shut up.

I almost agree with you 100%. lol Except for Joe Buck. He can take a flying leap. Seriously.

I'd have to saw Jaws and Collinsworth are probably my favorite/dream team of announcers. And, I'd have to throw a homer in that team as well, Paul Allen. Seriously though.. even though he calls Vikings games on the radio, PA has probably the best NFL football mind AND announcing capabilities.

PA's pretty good (his KFAN show, on the other hand, can be hard to listen to - way too cute), I agree. He can get too carried away at times, though.

I haven't listened to PA's show on KFAN in over a year.. Back when it was the PA and Dubay Show. But, yes, Duckies and Bunnies is really 'cute', which is why I liked it. I hated all the cynicism on the rest of KFAN, so PA's show was all I listened to.

And to be honest, PA's at his best when he gets carried away.. For example:
