1. So , what are The Packers options?
Put J-10VE on IR with a return option
(Out minimum 4 weeks)

2. Elevate Clifford from PS for the next 3 weeks, leave Jordan on active roster in hope he can return in 2 or 3 weeks, Roll with Willis or Clifford.

3. Sign a vet, which would mean other roster moves, and hope the vet signed can be ready in a week or 2.

What other options?

I would go with #2.

Another option would be to sign Michael Pratt to the active roster - if for whatever reason they liked him more than Clifford. He's currently on the Buc's practice squad.
