I think your MLB, especially in a 4-3 is generally the "green dot" guy and Walker Hooper and Cooper are not green dot guys.
My reticence for excitement about these guys as MLBs is that the position generally requires reading, processing, and reacting. It doesn't matter what your 40 time or quick muscle twitch speed is if your grey matter processor is slow.
If they are blitzing, yes their speed is wonderful. But if they have to figure out which guy to cover, or which zone to cover after shifts and motion, and defensive audibles, there is a great likelihood of error and late assignment execution.
Perhaps a safety can wear the green dot.
