The Superbowl in London? Seriously? A regular season game between the Packers and Patriots, that I'd like to see, the Superbowl should stay where it's supposed to be held. Just like the Pro Bowl for that matter.

This would be the dumbest move in the history of the NFL. What are they trying to accomplish here?

t.v rights talks are being held right now , i can't see it happening but i do know last time sky sports (t.v satilite co in england) and the NFL negoicated the last contract a regular season game in england was part of the deal , so at a guess i'd say sky sports are trying to take it one step further and get a SB held in london as part of the new deal, i just hope that football is covered this year because there could be a danger that if the NFL say no sky sports might just pull out of the whole deal all together
a classic Aaron rogers quote\r\n\r\nquote: \"I\'ve got a roommate, a guy I met in town. He works for the Packers now as an athletic trainer....He\'s been great for me...Our friendship goes a lot deeper than what we do. \"

Its about $ ... they can make alot of money if they hold it here ... they made a killing when they held the regular season game last year.

ie stuff here in the UK is so much more expensive the brits dont mind shelling out dough. Heck they charge what is it now 15 or 17% tax.

people also have been saying its not fair for england. they say they are fans of football too. well if they are such good fans... they can have the friggen UFL. we have no reason to have one. move that over there dont move the super bowl one of the biggest days of the year for millions of people here in AMERICA!!!!

I doubt it will happen. The game time won't line up right.
NFL likes to have the game run in the Sunday early evening prime time slot. About 5:30-9 here in the Central Time Zone.
6:30-10 in the east and
3:30-7 in the west.

In order to get the same viewing time for a game in London they would have to kickoff at 11:30 PM London time. If the game started earlier say 7 pm London time it would be 11 AM in Los Angles which would defeat the purpose of having the larger night time audience.

As for the NFL making more money in Lodon, maybe they could. It doesn't seem like they are hurting to much in that area with the games played here in the States. Those tickets are pretty expensive here too.
