I love that Love was playing with passion. We had a chance to make it a game but just didn't execute. Let's see if we make a game out of it the next time around.

Overall through four games, I'm getting a little bit moderately concerned about his ball placement and/or accuracy. It could just be timing is off with the WR's and if that is the case, yikes.

I felt the same way but then I stepped back and realized I have watched only Favre and Rodgers my whole life. We might just be a bit spoiled.

If he gets an elite receiver that can be a game changer. I dont see anyone on this team that stands out. IMO Jones is probably better than all of the receivers.

I'm not comparing Jordan Love to Aaron Rodgers or Brett Favre.
Favre was not accurate. He just had a damn rifle attached to his shoulder, lol.
Rodgers was probably the best thrower of the football we've seen since maybe Dan Marino.

I'm not ready to call Love a flop or nothing. PLENTY of time to improve and I'm not talking it's all on him. I think it's a combination of OL play, play calling, WR routes, as well as himself.

Rashaun Gary

Jayden Reed

Love's resilience

Quay Walker

I will say, I’ve grown to have trust in Love to generally not put the ball in harms way (most of the time). He’s had a couple unlucky interceptions and an arm punt on 3rd & long.

What I do question/think he needs to clean up is holding onto the ball too long. Sometimes he sits back there and takes a sack even when the OL gives him 4-5 seconds.

Honestly, the best thing about this is that, although there is now plenty of outright film of "how to beat the Packers," by just overpowering us and now everyone knows this is a finesse team, in the pejorative sense, Matt and this team get a chance to redeem themselves against this same opponent soon.

Mucky Tundra (53m) : Notre Dame? more like Notre Lame!
Martha Careful (1h) : it was great to see Northern Illinois upset Notre Dame at Notre Dame
Mucky Tundra (3h) : I mean, they traded for Willis after a year and a half of Clifford, seems pretty definitive
TheKanataThrilla (4h) : Do we with Clifford or Willis? You'd think Clifford has a better knowledge of the playbook
Mucky Tundra (5h) : Definitely filing that under the "I'm getting old" category
Mucky Tundra (5h) : Donald Drivers son Christian caught a TD pass playing for the University of Minnesota today.
Zero2Cool (6h) : Packers QB Jordan Love's initial timetable for return is in the 3-6 week range, per sources. And there's some early optimism he could return

dfosterf (6-Sep) : Maybe pie still, but no whipped cream, ice cream or milk. Imstead, you get someone else's left over beer from yesterday to go with your pie
dfosterf (6-Sep) : Pie is good. You get no pie and fewer wins in fantasy due to being inflexible
Zero2Cool (5-Sep) : I like pie.
dfosterf (5-Sep) : Loved Gunnys. Never earned that particular rank. Neither did R Lee Armey from full metal jacket fame, but that is another story.
