Just heard about this a little bit ago and sounds like they didn't allow any players in the building. Kind of a take time off before the long season kind of deal or work/life balance.

But I think most suggest (for normal people, not professional athletes) at least two days of rest per week. Let the muscles recover and rebuild.
But some athletes, like AJ Hawk, demand to do it daily (and some even multiply times a day). Hey, if it works for them.
That being said, I also know players/teams have a battle over injuries. If it happens in team property, then the team is responsible to play the contract. If it doesn't happen in team property, then they can often get out of most of the contract.
But yeah, if it's everyone, then IMO this is a different story, than if it's just him, either way, he doesn't seem happy with the Raiders right now l.
Though some are speculating lots of Raiders veterans won't be happy if they struggle again, especially since they sort of felt like the team got worse with controversial moves instead of getting better.
