Attempting to upgrade the forum software. (2023.08.30)

The CKEditor has been replaced with something far more gooder.
Added user setting for switching theme to light/dark mode
Polls work again
Pagination works again too
I think auto scroll was removed

Won't give me that drop-down to get the chat button. Might just be my phone. I deleted my history.

Okay, so the menu expands once again. Chat is kind of working although it seems to show someone is in there multiple times. The site isn't trying to do the upgrade every page reload.

I'm gonna leave the scrolling to the bottom thing in and see if we can get used to it. Removing it breaks other things.
