Heard talk on one or two of these shows that Savage's issues were off field. Hope he's ok. Nick Collins's dad had cancer his second or third year. Put him back a little on his development timeline.

Hope Savage is ok, an off field situation imposing upon his life can be remedied (hopefully) more easily than just general shit suckage. Anyone hear anything? Hope it's something that can be resolved.

Maybe it's just a Joe Barry thing.

He has a certain keystone cop quality about him, perfectly integrated into the Joe Barry defense that looks clueless at least as often as competent.

My impression is dumb people running around willy-nilly, notwithstanding paper physicality, speed, etc.

Perhaps poor coaching,  but as easily assigned to a bunch of stupid  arrogant motherf%%%ers, or this magnificent combination of both I get to bitch about, much to our collective chagrin. As we look forward with universal optimism, remember, you can t fix stupid, unless you have the stones to make it painful on a personal level.  That is no longer possible.

I heard there Big Foots all over the place, TV and radio have said so. They hear there calls whenever they go to the woods especially where there are also Coyotes, strong winds and Trees.

Packers.com piece seems to suggest that Savage was over thinking and under reacting last year. Playing not to make a mistake, instead of playing aggressive like he has in the past.

The media wasn't going on the record until it had more meat on the bones, but it seemed like some of them on Twitter or unofficial places (non-articles) were hinting that the DBs were quite openly talking negatively about Barry.

Also Jerry Gray leaving, seemed like he disagreed with Barry, but Gray noted Barry was the coordinator, not him, so he did it the coordinator's way, and left when he got the chance.
