So, then you guys gotta see it how I stated then. If trade terms were agreed upon, why the delay? Unless Aaron is leaning towards retirement more than Jets. Maybe not leaning hard, but what's the hold up? We gonna just say he's a diva who loves attention and dismiss other options?

Maybe because it's currently against the rules for any and all NFL teams to make any trades between the end of the regular season trade deadline and the start of the new year, which this year happens to be March 15 at 4 PM eastern.

Kind of hard to legally trade a player when it's illegal to trade a player...

Actually it quite directly answered the question.

Using my Zero2Cool logic: Why announce something if it's not official? Why not simply wait until you can make it official?

Apparently not... as your seemingly having trouble (with the rest of us too, including me) waiting for answers.

PS: I want them to announce the details too buddy, but they seem to be taking your normal logic of not announcing anything until it's finalized.
