Dez did catch that football, we beat them this year, Mike hung on to Mason and handled his firing with class, 4th and 26 vs. the Eagles, we can still claim ownership over the boys...BUT--- I'm surrounded by Boys fans even as I write. This one is tough. Sadly, taking into account all the pluses and minuses associated with my mostly irrational hatred of all teams not called the Green Bay Packers- on net- I have to root for the Dallas fucking Cowboys.

The team I’m rooting against most is the Eagles. One of my best friends is an Eagles fan, and he falls under the stereotype of your typical Philly fan. Annoying as hell.

That being said, I’m pulling for the Bengals from here on out. I’m not a huge Mahommes fan like a lot of people are, but I like Burrow. And I don’t hate SF this year with Purdy at QB. If Jimmy G was playing, I would absolutely not root for them. So I’m rooting for either Cincinnati or San Fran.

I'm just so sick of the "only Mahomes" hyperbolic crap every time the guy touches the ball. Last time I felt it this annoying was with Brett Favre.  Everything good he does is amplified while the mistakes are glossed over as someone else's fault. Mahomes throws so many passes that hit defenders hands and should be intercepted. Dude is massively lucky.

Anyhow, I came to this thread to talk 49ers and Cowboys. I caught some of one of the games this weekend and thought, why am I OK with 49ers winning, but absolutely hate the Cowboys? I think it's because when the 49ers have trounced the Packers, I felt the 49ers were the better team so it was expected. However, in the 90's, I really believed the Packers were the better team and the Cowboys were just assholes who lucked into win after win after win after win (hahaha because accidents happen that often). I just feel those 90's Packers teams had at least one more Super Bowl if not for the Cowboys being lucky. Whereas with the Packers in the last 10 years, I just don't think they were the better team.

If the Niners lose, will they be more likely to trade for Aaron Rodgers?
