Jason Wilde says he believes Jordan Love will seek a trade this offseason if he's not the starter based on a conversation they had Friday.

🤔

Packers have him under contract through next season. And if they exercise 5th year option before this May 1st, then it's two years. Personally, I'll be happy if he's like it's him or me.

I really wouldn’t blame him if he did request a trade.

He should definitely push to start, but he has been in a pretty great situation to have been paid quite well as a first round pick, learn from one of the best ever, and luckily to have not taken a beating on his body in the process.  If he wants that long term set for life contract he is eventually going to have to prove he can be a starter in a real game soon though.

I suspect there's an agreement in place, but anything's possible.

People talk shit about Gutey all the time, but QBs don't grow on trees. How many teams don't even have one who's this good? #nottojinx

I would hope that there is some sort of plan.  Jordan did look good when we saw him when Aaron went out.  Whether that was because it was mostly garbage time?  Who knows.  Hoping to see him run the offense.  Jordan is a great scrambler which we have been missing as Aaron ages where he doesn't have that running threat option anymore.

They didn't think he was gonna do what he did. And also they didn't think Christian Watson was "road runner fast", haha, again, per Darius Slay.

I just hope it continues. And that he's a Packers player. If he goes elsewhere, he can ride pine for all I care! haha

Love can't "force" a trade. Gutey can lock him down if he wants. But he could request it.
