For the most part, it appears he is executing the plays called. I wouldn't say the system necessarily is being executed, then again, I am not sure what that means at the root of it. I'm of the belief LaFleur is pandering to the QB's desires with play calls rather than calling the game like he has an above average QB at the helm. This isn't a knock on Rodgers, he's back-to-back MVP for a reason. I just think if you put more of the onus on the TEAM than hoping your HOF-bound QB can make magic all the time -- it increases your chances of winning. As Rodgers has said, and we all know, football is the ultimate TEAM game.
