Dont pick a WR in the first round; even thou we have 2 picks. We dont pick an elite WR in the F.A.
and yet all off-season I was hearing from the media outlets is how the WRs we have will be great.
I think this was most annoying - so n so was great in college or great on another team ... so therefore they will be great now.
We all know rodgers takes time to get in the rhythm with a receiver.
Ok we didnt have our starting tackles nor lazard (whom I actually really like) ... but still.
I dont blame the D; although I didnt like that we got rid of Z smith. Heck I just watched the raiders game also and they did pretty well vs the chargers with bosa and mack.
Not too bad all negative - I like Dillon and Aarons play.
(I was holding my tongue till I could actually see how rodgers and the new WRs could play) ... I hope the future games are a bit more exciting then what I just watched.

What "elite" WR were available in free agency? What did they sign for and how does that fit into the Packers salary cap? The Packers did pick up Sammy Watkins so we'll have to see how he blends in with the offense.
The Packers did NOT let 3 of their 4 top WR go. Davante Adams CHOSE to play with the Raiders and his best-friend, D. Carr, even though Packers offered him MORE money than the Raiders. This was CONFIRMED by Davante himself.
The Chiefs overpaid for Marques Valdes-Scantling and if Packers matched it, we'd be bashing them for that decision.
Whomever you're thinking is the third of the top four WR has me confused. Adams, Lazard, MVS and Cobb were the top four in my mind.
If you were being told via the media that the WR's will be great, what do you have to say they won't be? You're gonna really just start bashing them over one awful showing? I follow the Packers quiet intently and the consensus I heard was the WR have great potential, but to expect growing pains. Which can be said for any rookie. I mean, expecting rookies to put up 125 yards out of the gate is absurd for us fans to demand.
Weren't reports on Z. Smith the Packers approached him with an extension that would soften his 2022 cap number and balked and they had to release him? Or we just gonna go with the Packers "got rid" of him?
Frustrating game FOR SURE, but this over reaction stuff is just exhausting. I mean. We have sixteen more games. Let's give this team a chance to rebound before we put the nails in the coffin. Although, if they lose to the Bears AT HOME, I might be jumping in on the over reaction parade!! 🤣🤣🤣
