Will the Packers keep two or three QBs on the final 53-man roster?

The quarterback position for the Green Bay Packers has not been a question for about three decades. However, there is a question this season regarding the position. It has nothing to do with the starting quarterback in future first-ballot Hall-of-Famer Aaron Rodgers. It has to do with the number of quarterbacks that will be kept

Next question is- if you put the player on your PS, is he good enough that another team is going to take him? I don't see it with Etling.
Last- if another team does take your PS Qb, can you replace him? That answer is yes.

No need to take an extra spot for a QB that will see no playing time or practice time to speak of.

If the Packers were considering keeping 3 QBs, they wouldn't have released the veteran QB... which they did, with the purpose of giving him a shot to actually make a 53 man roster. So they're clearly planning on going with 2 QBs on the 53... now things can always change, but that's clearly the offseason plan.
