Give me guys who perform on tape from power conferences who have reasonable enough analytics to get the job done. I agree with many of the other posters that these drills are of little in terms of indicating ability to play a particular position.

Over reliance on underwear drills as a predictor is perhaps why it is taken so long for the players that the Packers have drafted at wide receiver to become productive.

The tape should be able to tell you whether they get open and catch the ball against quality competition.

Too many players excel in underwear drills and pucker up when it’s time to get it done.

People go nuts over the RAS. All I want to know is can he run good crisp routes and can he catch everything thrown his way? Some of the RAS events are meaningless. For example I have yet to see any receiver broad jump to get open or to catch a ball.

Isaiah Weston WR Northern Iowa | NFL Draft Profile & Scouting Report

Strengths
He catches the ball with his large, soft hands and is tough. Deceptive jets and a smooth route runner.
Has long arms to stiff-arm defensive backs in the open field. Willing to lower his pads to run through tackles for extra yardage. Goes over the middle, can spin out of tackles and take the big hit.
Does a nice job locating and tracking deep passes and is a legitimate vertical threat. Willing to go up and attack the ball.
Often used on deep routes, getting separation down the sideline or over the middle on crossing routes by extending his arms rather than pure speed.
Has a knack for getting open and is a quarterback's best friend - passers just need to toss the ball in his area and he'll come down with it.
Physical player able to get off press coverage to release up the sideline or position himself inside the cornerback on slants and crossing routes.
Strong runner with the ball with enough agility to make defenders miss in the open field.
A savvy, natural pass-catcher with reliable hands and very good focus. Snatches the ball out of the air and shows the concentration to make acrobatic catches look easy.
Weaknesses
Does not always use his hands to secure deep throws, allowing the ball into his pads and chest.
Comes off the snap high and upright, and doesn't get to top speed quickly. Not sudden or elusive.

Isaiah Weston Draft and Combine Prospect Profile | NFL.com

Overview
One-speed route runner with the height, weight and speed to beat up on FCS opponents down the field. His primary function was to stretch and challenge defenses vertically, but he appears to have the physical tools to become a more nuanced route runner with more coaching. Weston will find that getting a clean release and outracing an NFL cornerback will be a much greater challenge. The downfield ball skills can be spectacular at times and his productivity would have skyrocketed with a more accurate quarterback. There is upside worthy of exploring but it might be as a late-round pick with an early home on the practice squad.

Strengths
Long body type with NFL proportions.
Flexible, fast and athletic.
Leverages coverage to create a clean runway vertically.
Build-up speed to blow by FCS cornerbacks.
Gets the most out of his catch radius.
Length and lift to go up and swipe the jump ball.
Displayed improvement in making contested catches.

Weaknesses
Might need additional time to clear press corners.
Routes are run at a monotonous tempo.
Needs to locate and adjust to deep balls quicker.
Too delayed in framing and bodying up defenders.
Career drop rate is a bit high.
Feet need additional runway to gather and open for comebacks.

sounds like a decent receiver. I think his coaches will be able to correct some of his weaknesses.
