Agreed, at least if Amos and his agent would of been willing to do it, it would of been nice to lock him up long term.

Though now I'm thinking the Packers draft a Safety high in the draft, as they often draft positions where guys are in the last year of their contract and both our starting Safeties are in the last year of their deals and the #3 Safety didn't get tendered, or he got released.

They needed to get under the cap.
Plenty of time to extend him .
