I was the biggest Rodgers defender since he started to stink it up in the playoffs vs legit teams and defenses.

Even up to this year he fooled me again and then the Niners game happened.

Fact is he strayed away from spreading the ball and having people earn his trust. Its utter garbage and he can take his 10 points at home in the playoffs and retire or go else where

The Rodgers hate....am I disappointed about how each of the last 3 seasons ended? Yes.
But just think how many teams can only WISH they could have got that far.
You think the Packers would have got that far without him?
I myself am not in a hurry to go back to the 1970s and 1980s.
Yes, I was frustrated with his play in the 49ers game. But would they even gotten to that point without him? And how many of the playoff losses since 2010 were on him as opposed to lapses in the defense or special teams?
In fact, take away the special teams screw ups in the last game, and we would have won.
Football takes an entire team effort to go all the way. And if any of the 3 parts messes up, it can lead to disaster. As of course we saw.

Aaron won the mvp based on hype. I thought he actually sucked for most of this season. Rasul Douglas won the Cardinals game for us. We rode the defense much of the year. Including in the playoff loss.

Aaron was inconsistent this year. Like flipping a switch. Hero ball, flip the switch in the second half to MLF ball. Except he never flipped that switch in the playoffs.

Matt's system..... I still think you need a better then average QB to run it. And I know it's early, but I don't see Love as the answer.
JMO of course.

Jordan Love needs another year or maybe two. People are expecting way too much from him and we are all guilty of extrapolating the kids future on virtually nothing substantial.

Aaron Rodgers is our QB and he's who we need. He has another 2-3 elite level years in him, I believe. Give him five year $100 million contract where it looks paid $50 million first two years with last three voidable.

The fact that 2023 is going to see a pretty nice jump with the new TV money is something that is going to help us. Granted, the most the salary cap can increase is about $26 million, it's a good bet that's the amount it will increase. So, if 2022 is projected at $208 million, I would say 2023 will be $234 million.

Most shrugged it off as a meaningless game but i saw right through that crap fest and how they couldnt do SQUAT vs Det... And it carried over vs the Niners.
