I was the biggest Rodgers defender since he started to stink it up in the playoffs vs legit teams and defenses.

Even up to this year he fooled me again and then the Niners game happened.

Fact is he strayed away from spreading the ball and having people earn his trust. Its utter garbage and he can take his 10 points at home in the playoffs and retire or go else where

The Rodgers hate....am I disappointed about how each of the last 3 seasons ended? Yes.
But just think how many teams can only WISH they could have got that far.
You think the Packers would have got that far without him?
I myself am not in a hurry to go back to the 1970s and 1980s.
Yes, I was frustrated with his play in the 49ers game. But would they even gotten to that point without him? And how many of the playoff losses since 2010 were on him as opposed to lapses in the defense or special teams?
In fact, take away the special teams screw ups in the last game, and we would have won.
Football takes an entire team effort to go all the way. And if any of the 3 parts messes up, it can lead to disaster. As of course we saw.

Aaron won the mvp based on hype. I thought he actually sucked for most of this season. Rasul Douglas won the Cardinals game for us. We rode the defense much of the year. Including in the playoff loss.

Aaron was inconsistent this year. Like flipping a switch. Hero ball, flip the switch in the second half to MLF ball. Except he never flipped that switch in the playoffs.

Matt's system..... I still think you need a better then average QB to run it. And I know it's early, but I don't see Love as the answer.
JMO of course.

Jordan Love needs another year or maybe two. People are expecting way too much from him and we are all guilty of extrapolating the kids future on virtually nothing substantial.

Aaron Rodgers is our QB and he's who we need. He has another 2-3 elite level years in him, I believe. Give him five year $100 million contract where it looks paid $50 million first two years with last three voidable.

The fact that 2023 is going to see a pretty nice jump with the new TV money is something that is going to help us. Granted, the most the salary cap can increase is about $26 million, it's a good bet that's the amount it will increase. So, if 2022 is projected at $208 million, I would say 2023 will be $234 million.

Most shrugged it off as a meaningless game but i saw right through that crap fest and how they couldnt do SQUAT vs Det... And it carried over vs the Niners.

Mucky Tundra (1m) : Obviously he was a huge risk but getting a top 5 talent on the dline in the mid 20s is fortuitous
Mucky Tundra (2m) : Jalen Carter falling into their lap certainly helps
TheKanataThrilla (4m) : And we could only wish to have this type of D
TheKanataThrilla (5m) : It's not like Philly has had low draft picks, but has managed to get themselves a top notch pass rush. We spend so much draft capital of D
packerfanoutwest (6m) : another crap halftime show
TheKanataThrilla (6m) : I think it is over, but then I think of Atlanta and want Philly to go in with the same intensity in the second half
Mucky Tundra (15m) : And with a Pass Rush that might as well be on a milk cartoon and no Jaire
Martha Careful (16m) : I cant help but feel good about how well the Packers D played in Philly during the playoffs
Mucky Tundra (26m) : this game is over
Mucky Tundra (30m) : This might be the kill shot here
Mucky Tundra (39m) : oh that's such a bad penalty for KC after getting the 3rd down stop
TheKanataThrilla (47m) : Philly DL has come to play
TheKanataThrilla (48m) : Ceoper DeJean with the INT scored...bad memories of draft night
Mucky Tundra (52m) : ok scratch that
Mucky Tundra (58m) : Game feels like last years Super Bowl: 49ers started off in control, moved the ball well but didn't have much of a lead to show for it
TheKanataThrilla (59m) : KC jumped and they call it on Eagles. WTF refs
TheKanataThrilla (1h) : If he was offside why did you let him pop the QB?
TheKanataThrilla (1h) : I like that Eagles are controlling time of possession so far.
Mucky Tundra (1h) : If the Eagles are going to win, this is how they do it: jump all over the Chiefs and don't let it turn into a close one
TheKanataThrilla (1h) : Bad throw created that penalty.
TheKanataThrilla (1h) : Amazed Philly got that hit to the helmet call.
packerfanoutwest (1h) : refs just called an OPI,,,bullshit
dhazer (2h) : final score Chefs 24 Eagles 21 Refs 3
Mucky Tundra (4h) : feels like it hurts everyone but starters
Mucky Tundra (4h) : *cut down on snaps that
Mucky Tundra (4h) : beast, no not at all. Just seems counterproductive to cut down on snaps to help back ups get playing time and get potential money after cuts
Zero2Cool (5h) : So, Jets tell Rodgers they're moving on? QB2 for Packers haha
Zero2Cool (5h) : Hey, I'm not saying it's the great idea. I'm saying, it's what I think will happen.
beast (6h) : You think they give a crap enough about bubble guys to make rules for them?
Mucky Tundra (7h) : So games that will be even *more* sloppy the first two or three weeks of the season?
Zero2Cool (10h) : I think you can figure most starters won't be playing either of the two games at all.
Mucky Tundra (22h) : is 2 preseason games enough for bubble guys to make a mark?
packerfanoutwest (8-Feb) : true.forgot about that
Zero2Cool (8-Feb) : Unless they reduce preseason from three to two games.
packerfanoutwest (8-Feb) : If Goodell allows an 18 game season, there will be a SB on Valentines Day
Zero2Cool (8-Feb) : Perfect football player. - Ron Wolf on Sharpe
Zero2Cool (8-Feb) : Sharpe didn't celebrate TD's ... crazy I didn't realize it back then
Martha Careful (7-Feb) : Congratulations Sterling Sharpe
Mucky Tundra (7-Feb) : beast, you didn't miss much with that one. Raiders didn't update their play calls, audibles etc so the Bucs D steamrolled
buckeyepackfan (6-Feb) : That was quick, one thing Jordan said was he doesn't agree with Josh Jacobs, that the Packers need to go get a proven #1 wr
buckeyepackfan (6-Feb) : J-10VE on ESPN NOW!
beast (6-Feb) : I was young and didn't get enough sleep... fell asleep during the Buccaneers/Raiders Super Bowl
Zero2Cool (5-Feb) : Patriots / Panthers feeling is what I got. didn't watch that one either
Zero2Cool (5-Feb) : Easier to get a camera on her in the suite where she can't impact the game by being distraction???
TheKanataThrilla (5-Feb) : This is the least excited I have been in a long time for a Super Bowl. Unfortunately they both can't lose.
wpr (5-Feb) : So why don;'t they have her on the sidelines and doing the halftime fandango instead of sitting on her but in a $1,000,000 suite?
Zero2Cool (5-Feb) : Think more eyes on Super Bowl with Swift fans pulling for her TE boyfriend?
Zero2Cool (5-Feb) : She dating the TE of the Chiefs.
Zero2Cool (5-Feb) : Taylor Swift has millions of fans, yeah?
Zero2Cool (5-Feb) : They did. They are going to show the post production Sunday with plethora of ads.
