Late in Mike McCarthy’s coaching tenure, Rodgers was forced to carry the Packers on his back. This was due to the offense being stale and ineffective. That led to McCarthy being fired and the hiring of Matt LaFleur. He’s done very well in taking the pressure off Aaron with a quarterback-friendly system. Still, despite that, Rodgers feels like he must play hero ball even when he doesn’t need to.

In 2019, the Packers won 13 games despite Aaron Rodgers not playing at an elite level. Rodgers has to accept that the Packers, as of right now under Matt LaFleur, can win games without him having to carry the team. He has to stop putting pressure on himself to do everything when he doesn’t have to anymore. That has to change if the Packers want to be in another Super Bowl.

1) Bullshit

2) Yes 2019 was so much different and better, the Packers went undefeated in the playoffs until they lost to the 49ers in the playoffs.... whoops 😬 🤔 maybe not so different after all.

Rodgers sucking more on purpose and letting the defense carry the team isn't going to help the team. All players need to do the best they can.

Also you bitch about him not hitting the open guy... and now you're bitching him about hitting Adams too often because he's the one open!

Which is it? Hit the open guy? Or don't go to the same guy too often?

I swear, this is Goldilocks and the TWO Bears... Because there is no middle option.

Rodgers is deemed as shit because the WRs couldn't get open...

Congratulations, you can find one or two plays in an entire game where someone isn't perfect, but it's straight up asinine to think that a very small cherry picked plays proves you right when the 90%+ proves you're wrong.

He has had disappointing playoff losses in all three seasons, so there is no change in that aspect.

Geez I remember alot of times you would hear them say Favre threw him open hell I remember them saying that about Rodgers when he was younger, he would thread the needle to get the guy open but he doesn't do that anymore he is to worried about self accomplishments as we have seen.

Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

I haven't seen anyone state that, and we both agreed that TD run against the Rams was sandlot bullshit.

Also, sandlot was part of MM system of extending the play, so it happened a lot sooner than 2015.

That being said, exactly what more talented QB doesn't do sandlot plays at times? You can name a single one.

What QB doesn't sometimes hold the ball hoping something else will open up?

The BS complaints against Rodgers can be made about any of the best QB in the NFL, because I'm reality, they're more BS complaints about how the results, and not like someone else could actually do better.

dfosterf (26-Jun) : I think it would be great to have someone like Tom Grossi or Andy Herman on the Board of Directors so he/they could inform us
dfosterf (26-Jun) : Fair enough, WPR. Thing is, I have been a long time advocate to at least have some inkling of the dynamics within the board.
wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.
Martha Careful (25-Jun) : I would have otherwise admirably served
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : I thought it used to be we voted for the whatever they called the 45, and then they voted for the seven, and then they voted for Mark Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”

Martha Careful (10-Jun) : We only do the tea before whoopee, it relaxes me.

Mucky Tundra (10-Jun) : How's the ayahuasca tea he makes, Martha?
Martha Careful (10-Jun) : Turns out he like older women

Mucky Tundra (10-Jun) : Well he can always ask his brother for pointers
Zero2Cool (10-Jun) : Bo Melton taking some reps at CB as well as WR
