Drew Brees is not better. He had one ring and a bunch of 7-9 seasons. His playoff record is far worse.

So therefore, QB wins is not a stat to measure a QB in any shape or form and I won't deal with that nonsense.

QB's who take what defenses give them, I like them more than those who pass up moving the chains for throwing into double coverage. I'm also aware that hey sometimes that works!! I don't need the big sexy. I need the big consistency from my QB. For whatever reason, in big games it seems Rodgers stops trusting everyone not named his WR1.

Sadly, I think this is the end of Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay, if not the NFL.

I wouldn't be against keeping Aaron in the fold if he would play for free allowing the Packers to get on firm financial ground regarding the cap.
Being the case that it won't happen, Rodgers needs to go so the Packers can start to move on to a new era.

Rodgers did not play bad tonight. It’s extremely tough to throw perfect balls in those conditions. I think Rodgers did enough to win. Our “special” teams cost us this game 100%. MLF also abandoned the running game for some reason. Oh well, at least the stress is over for this season.

That jumps out at me because how many times have we heard that excuse thru the years, MLF abandoned the run game we lost in the playoffs, MM abandoned the running game and we lost. To me, I think I hear that every year just about and people always blame the coach but I thought in pretty much every play call is a run play and a pass play option Rodgers has? I remember complaining about this years ago and asked how much of it was Rodgers changing out of the run game and people would say it was the coach, but its a common denominator here so I would be interested in finding out how much of the play calling was changed.

Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

As far as the run game.....to me, it seems that when they did try to run, they got slammed at the LOS.
The run wasn’t working.
They SHOULD have used the quick short passes that they used in other games this season.
Rodgers saying they took away the short game, to me is B.S.
If they did, then guys should have been open long.
My opinion is, his Adams blinders were the problem.
Maybe if Adams leaves, and they find a way to keep Rodgers, that might actually help the offense. Look how it worked other times when Adams was out.
I love Adams, but something has to change. It’s obviously not working the way it is.

I'm hoping he plays next year. Either for Packers or elsewhere. If he retires, the Packers miss out on either a great QB or handful of high picks. In a very much "careful what you ask for" tone, I kinda wouldn't mind seeing him get traded for a 1st and two 2nds plus a player or two. Broncos got 9th overall. 🤷‍♂️

It really does feel icky even thinking that, but the guy just bottles up in the playoffs and gets tunnel vision. We've always said if the other team is under 20, we'll win. Well, 49ers got 13 and ahh well you know.
