Orakpo - but take curry if hes there ...

Get some fat DTs in the later rounds - play makers in the early 1-3 rounds

Raji - He's a rarity, with his size and lower body strength and ability, plus he will ensure we can institute the 3-4. Orakpo is a good pick as well, but there are at least 5 OLB's I'd be happy with.

Raji.

I can't say quite why, but I just see Orakpo being somewhat of a bust. I don't trust him.

I think Raji will be "good" at worst.

I agree. The problem with Orakpo is that he looks alot like Gholston to me. Ofcourse we need some playmakers, but this is a real high risk high reward guy. And the risk is to high on him.

Just looking at it now, I think Raji has the skills to get graded anywhere between a 6.5, average, to 9.0, quite the impact player, while Orakpo can go from 3, horrible, to 10, HoF talent. But that's just based on college production etc.

No doubt i would take Curry, then i would take Orakpo because he is a position of need. I wouldn't take Raji i think he is over rated after all he was playing along side another beast in Brace at BC. Out of any i would like us to get Tyson but he won't make it to us.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

Curry is an inside linebacker in this scheme in my opinion, but I'd still take him even with the depth GB potentially has there. To me he's a playmaker and he could have the same type of presence in a defense that Jerod Mayo and Patrick Willis have had since they've entered the league.

As far as Raji vs. Orakpo, that's tough.

I like Orakpo a lot because I think he's special. I liked him before the workouts and he didn't surprise me at the Combine at all.

Raji is that defensive lineman that the Pack need.

Either is a welcome addition. I'd hate to have to have that choice, but at the same time, I'd like what I'm getting in either player.

I'd probably take Orakpo though. He'd be higher on my rankings.

I would take Raji over Orakpo. I am concerned about Orakpo. He is young and is 260+. The way he is built, he is not going to lose any weight in the next couple years, only gain, so I see a strong possibility that he will not be able to stay at OLB and will have to shift to DE. Not sure I want a player that is going to have to move like that.
The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

Raji - not close.

We need a NT. Raji is a NT

We need a OLB, but Orakpo is a DE trying to convert to OLB. If you draft Orakpo, do you need to deal Kampy? Aren't they in essence the same?

I'd take Smith or Jackson over both and Oher over Orakpo
