I'm not even going to touch the "not scientific" bit whenever you get to it, but I'm flummoxed by two other items in your response:
• What exactly does the "NFL is going to be sued" have anything to do with the immediately pressing matter that Aaron Rodgers is prevented from playing this Sunday against the Chiefs, and possibly also next week against the Seahawks, due to NFL protocol? The NFL, as a private company, is well within its rights to establish protocols that its personnel have to abide by -- irrespective of the scientific validity of such protocols - and impose measures on its personnel if such protocols are violated.
• Pray tell who and on what basis is going to sue the NFL? Aaron Rodgers? Surely some other player who has been caught up in the COVID protocols would've already sued. Alternatively, if Aaron was going to sue, surely he isn't biding his time to sue (I believe unvaccinated players lose out on game checks, so Aaron is certainly financially incentivized to not delay filing suit). It's empowering to suggest/threaten lawsuits when you feel a grave injustice is being done -- but it is not so simple because there has to be an established reason to sue (in other words, you have to have a reason for suing someone that the law recognizes as valid). Simply suggesting a lawsuit is coming in connection with the NFL's COVID protocols ... isn't only wrong, it's entirely misleading in that it falsely suggests Aaron Rodgers has been aggrieved legally.
Stating someone has a virus, or has "tested positive" for a virus is libelous, if you cannot demonstrate that scientificially.

Once the unscientific nature of this test is explained to the NFL, it will become also known to the greater public. Whether or not the "government" wants it to be widely known, I will leave to each reader to decide for his or her self.

There's a LOT that is unscientific and logically contradictory about this "test." If I was in Aaron's position, I would be confrontational. "What evidence is there?"

Let's bring it out.

NOTE: I will focus on ONE primary area, you can all tell me how I'm wrong, if you believe me to be in error. I bet even Beast will agree with me.

Right now I gotta crash, so I can get up for work early.

Are they really bringing in Bortles again!?

Link

Don't we have that skater kid grom the preseason? Maybe Bortles knows the playbook. He was here for a couple months. Weird.

Though it's possible he'll end up there due to being a close contact to either Rodgers or Benkert, similar to what happened with Lazard. In which case it's Bortles starting with Cobb or another street FA as the backup.

Aaron Rodgers, COVID and the Big Picture

It’s up to the team to police its players. As the league noted in a statement to SI.com’s Albert Breer, “The primary responsibility for enforcement of the COVID protocols within club facilities rests with each club.” Failure to enforce those protocols comes at a cost. Last season, for instance, the New Orleans Saints were fined $500,000 and forfeited a seventh-round draft pick for COVID violations. The Saints and Las Vegas Raiders were fined $250,000, and coaches Sean Payton and Jon Gruden were fined $100,000 apiece, for not properly wearing face coverings on the sideline during their Week 2 game.

Are the Packers guilty of having turned a blind eye toward enforcement of COVID policies? Or did the team try but Rodgers simply ignored them?

Did the league know Rodgers wasn't vaccinated and try to look the other way because it didn't want a confrontation with one it's biggest stars?

Zero2Cool (57m) : NFL thought it would get more attention week preceding Super Bowl.
Zero2Cool (58m) : Yes, the Pro Bowl. It was played Sunday before Super Bowl from 2010-2022
packerfanoutwest (58m) : pro bowl
Zero2Cool (1h) : From 2010 to 2022, it was played on the Sunday before the Super Bowl
Zero2Cool (1h) : They moved it to the BYE week before Super Bowl several years ago.
packerfanoutwest (1h) : it was always after the SB.....
beast (10h) : Though I stop following pro bowl years ago
beast (10h) : I thought the pro game was before the Super Bowl?
packerfanoutwest (11h) : ok now for the Pro Bowl Game in Hawaii
TheKanataThrilla (12h) : If I was Philly I would try to end it instead of punting it
Mucky Tundra (12h) : VICTORY! We have (moral) victory!
TheKanataThrilla (12h) : Hey they mentioned that we 3-peted
Mucky Tundra (12h) : seems to me the 49ers should have traded Aiyuk when they had the chance
Mucky Tundra (12h) : if the Eagles get it down to the 1, do they Tush Push or give it to Barkley?
TheKanataThrilla (12h) : 49ers have a money problem if they want to sign their QB
Mucky Tundra (12h) : Wait for real? Didn't he just get an extension two years ago?
Zero2Cool (12h) : 49ers gonna trade Deebo. Interesting
TheKanataThrilla (12h) : Replays always never seem to show the holdings
TheKanataThrilla (13h) : Great throw by Hurts
Mucky Tundra (13h) : Where Carter falls prey to bad off the field influences (to be clear, not saying he'd clip someone though)
Mucky Tundra (13h) : Had Carter not gone to Philly were they already had a lot of old college friends, he ends up in a similar spot to Aaron Hernandez
Mucky Tundra (13h) : I think some of his coaches told scouts to stay away
Mucky Tundra (13h) : the street racing incident+conditioning and motivation problems
beast (13h) : Then Carter was street racing, where the other car crashed and people died... and other teams were scared to pick Carter for some reason
beast (13h) : I think the Saints traded up, giving their next year 1st to the Eagles, and then they sucked and Eagles got the 10th overall pick
packerfanoutwest (13h) : wtf Barkley?
TheKanataThrilla (13h) : Getting Carter and Nolan Smith in the first round in 2023 was pretty darn good
Mucky Tundra (13h) : for some reason i'm thinking of a draft where the Eagles where in the mid 20s and a top player fell all the way to them
TheKanataThrilla (13h) : I think so. I would need to look it up. Think it may have been Carolina's pick.
Mucky Tundra (13h) : i'm not sure who i'm thinking of now
Mucky Tundra (13h) : oh fuck me i messed that up
Zero2Cool (13h) : Jordan Davis was 13th overall
Zero2Cool (13h) : Carter was 9th overall
Zero2Cool (13h) : Eagles had 15th and 10th selections, moved to 13 and 9 to get Davis and Carter back to back
Zero2Cool (13h) : Eagles traded up for Carter, didn't they?
Mucky Tundra (13h) : Obviously he was a huge risk but getting a top 5 talent on the dline in the mid 20s is fortuitous
Mucky Tundra (13h) : Jalen Carter falling into their lap certainly helps
TheKanataThrilla (13h) : And we could only wish to have this type of D
TheKanataThrilla (13h) : It's not like Philly has had low draft picks, but has managed to get themselves a top notch pass rush. We spend so much draft capital of D
packerfanoutwest (13h) : another crap halftime show
TheKanataThrilla (13h) : I think it is over, but then I think of Atlanta and want Philly to go in with the same intensity in the second half
Mucky Tundra (14h) : And with a Pass Rush that might as well be on a milk cartoon and no Jaire
Martha Careful (14h) : I cant help but feel good about how well the Packers D played in Philly during the playoffs
Mucky Tundra (14h) : this game is over
Mucky Tundra (14h) : This might be the kill shot here
Mucky Tundra (14h) : oh that's such a bad penalty for KC after getting the 3rd down stop
TheKanataThrilla (14h) : Philly DL has come to play
TheKanataThrilla (14h) : Ceoper DeJean with the INT scored...bad memories of draft night
Mucky Tundra (14h) : ok scratch that
Mucky Tundra (14h) : Game feels like last years Super Bowl: 49ers started off in control, moved the ball well but didn't have much of a lead to show for it
