Hmmm, Shanahan. He wasn't amazing, but still. This list doesn't do that much to me, because it's pretty much a reflection of teams' records who held on to their front office staff.

One over all time would be quite interesting. Al Davis, Ron Wolf, Bellicheck (Especially for you, 93). That would be quite a list. That way I wouldn't have to miss Matt Millen either.
