You DO know his biggest WR "threat" is Devin Hester (51 catches last year, i believe a 13 yard average) right?
It's gonna take him at LEAST a combination of 2 seasons to get to 30 TD's.

Hell, Orton passed for 18 tds with less than this years crop I don't see why a guy with Cutler's talent cant pass for 12 more tds considering he can also throw a pass farther than 30 yards and with accuracy.

10-6 maybe 11-5 I don't see how the Bears can be worse than last season by adding talent and an easier schedule. Bears and Packers make the playoffs this season.
