I think the Comp pick price is tied to the Cap, so it could be coming down a bit, but this last year it took about $14 million per year to get a 3rd round comp pick and $10 million per year for 4th.

It's possible someone could love Jones enough to get the 3rd, but I'm thinking 4th is more likely.

Plus Gute is talking about signing his own FAs, which might cancel out any Comp pick compensation.

Free Agents are hosed this season. I think the NFL and NFLPA not borrowing from the future is a good sign. A good sign that the salary cap is likely gonna jump back to normal in 2022.

I still say you sign with the best situation for as much as you can on a one year deal and then sign your services to highest bidder in 2022.

The Packers run game hasn't really dropped much without Aaron Jones. The question I have is -- is it the system? -- is it the OL? -- is the group of RB?

Losing Corey Linsley is probably going to hurt more than losing Aaron Jones.

It'd be great to keep both though.
