After listening to his opening press conference, my hopes are really low for him. He's probably just not good at press conferences.

It was the things he said, and things he didn't say that I've noticed impact what happens on the field. He did say he reunited with God, and while I'm not religious, I'm always proud of people who can confess such reunions. I guess, to me, it shows a certain level of commitment.

I just didn't like how he kind of repeatedly made excuses and was so boastful about himself.

We'll see how he does though.

I won’t mind the boasting.....IF he can back it up on the field.
Of course a lot of guys boast, but bomb.
Only time will tell.
Hopefully he will be a positive force on the field.
I have a feeling he will be returning kicks for us while Ervin is hurt.

Did you know that Desmond Howard (who has my favorite kick return of all time) never returned a kick for a TD in the regular season? That little tidbit was a surprise to me.

I didn’t know that about Howard, Zero.
A good punt returner can switch field position in an instant. Ervin did that for us last year.
