Would this guy help the Packers? Does he have a crappy cap number? I think our CB's are actually pretty good and it's the middle of the field that we need help with. Does this guy help with that?

If he could help us, I say yes.
But honestly, I know nothing about this guy.
I really don’t pay attention of players on other teams. Other then guys you hear a lot about, “star” players.

On May 9, 2019, Howard signed a five-year, $76.5 million contract extension with the Dolphins with $46 million guaranteed, making him the highest-paid cornerback in the league.

Hard pass.
No cap room. Do you want him or Bak? Jones? Or other current starters whose contracts will be up at the end of the season. You can't have All Pro players at every position. If they sign him they also won't have room to re-sign Alexander at the end of his rookie contract.
