Too many reports the opposite.
That being said, the Cowboys keep spending more and more, where they're at a point, trying to talk Dakota in talking less money, because being a Cowboy QB gets you more demand for other things, in part because they don't have the cap space to give everyone top dollar like they have been trying to do. So they're trying to talk their stars, the the RB last year, and the QB this year, into taking less, and that just doesn't work.
