From when I've heard Palmer, he's been pretty fair in his comments, and not as biased as one might think.
As if something is positive for any player, he mentions it, but if it's a negative, he either says it, but doesn't connect a name to it, or if it already has a name connected, he doesn't go into detail.
As the video shows, he talks positive about his competition, which as he mentions, he doesn't see as competition, as the demand is so high, and their isn't enough of a supply of guys that actually know what they're talking about.
Also as Palmer mentions, his job (in his mind), has zero to do with the draft, he doesn't care if a guy get drafted #1 or #75.
His job I'm his mind is to have the players prepared no matter where they end up for their rookie season
