Players that are "claimed" are not currently consider good, as it means they just got released by another team.

Probably camp bodies, to see if they're worth developing more.

I am not trying to be critical of these guys. They are certainly incredible athletes. However, both were redshirt seniors. The best players leave college early.
As an example: Kenny Clark after his Jr season. Davante Adams after his redshirt Soph season. Rodgers went to college 3 years and one of them was JuCo.

They played were they were able to play. In this case their 5th year was in college. It doesn't mean they can't or won't improve.
